DIY or Call Us?

You can safely inspect your rollers from inside the garage with the door closed. Look for wobble, rust, or cracked nylon. But replacing a roller requires releasing the door from the opener, partially lifting the door to take tension off the target roller, and working near the high-tension cable system. A door section can drop or shift if not supported. The cables themselves are under significant load and can cause serious injury if handled improperly.
